Instead of Eldorado Canyon we chose Chautauqua Park to start of the season. We hiked a total of roughly 2 miles round trip. Total time approximately 3 hours. The trail was snow packed nearly the entire way as well as full of ice. I lost count of how many times I fell on my butt coming back down the trail.

It was a short hike and I’m currently without my camera but I did manage to get a few photos using my phone.
